RITZ CRACKER COOKIES | |
FILLING: 1 c. dates, chopped 1 can sweetened condensed milk 55 Ritz crackers 1/2 c. chopped nuts FROSTING: 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 3 oz. cream cheese 1 tsp. vanilla Cook slowly on low heat until thick 1 can condensed milk and 1 cup dates. Spray pan with Pam and stir all the time as it will scorch easily. Add 1/2 cup chopped nuts and let cool. Spread on Ritz crackers and bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes. Cool. Spread frosting on top of date filling. If frosting is too stiff, add a little milk. |
