RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
1 c. dates, chopped

Cook with:

1 can Eagle brand milk

Cook until smooth. Add:

1 c. chopped pecans

Place filling on Ritz crackers and bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees (no longer than 5 minutes).

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Frost immediately from oven. I make these cookies at Christmas. Makes at least two big cookie sheets full of crackers. Depends on how much filling you put on each one.
