Melt chocolate in double boiler. Using tongs, dip each cracker sandwich in melted chocolate to cover. Place on wax paper lined cookie sheets to set.

Before chocolate is hardened, sprinkle with colored sprinkle decorations, a cinnamon candy and sugar sprinkles or whatever fits the holiday.
