1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 c. (box) chopped dates
1 c. chopped pecans
Ritz crackers

ICING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter, soft
1 box powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together Eagle Brand milk and dates. Put n microwave. Cook and stir until dates melt and are thick. Add 1 cup chopped pecans. Put on Ritz crackers. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes. Cool.

Prepare Icing: Put on top of dates and crackers.
