1 box Ritz crackers
Creamy peanut butter
1 lb. butterscotch or chocolate bark

Spread about 1/4 inch of peanut butter on a Ritz cracker. Top with another cracker. Dip in melted bark. Place on waxed paper to dry. The bark melts in the microwave in about 4 to 5 minutes. Decorate with sugar candies or colored sugar, if desired. Makes about 60 cookies.
