RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
50 Ritz crackers
1 can sweetened condensed milk
8 oz. dates, cut fine
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Milk to thin

Combine milk, dates and nuts. Cook over hot water in double boiler until thick. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla. Spread 1 teaspoon filling on each Ritz cracker. Bake in 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.

FROSTING: Mix all ingredients together and frost each cracker. These freeze well.
