RITZ CRACKER COOKIES 
1 16 oz box Ritz crackers
1 jar cream style peanut butter
1 12 oz. pkg milk chocolate chips
1 1/2 pound white almond bark

Spread peanut butter between crackers. Melt almond bark in microwave for 3 minutes, stir in chocolate chips and melt 1 minute more. Stir. Dip crackers in chocolate with tongs, and place on wax paper. Yummy.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
