TOFU JELLO PIE 
10.5 oz. soft tofu
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 sm. pkg. strawberry (or any flavor) Jello
1 c. hot water
Graham cracker crust
8 oz. Cool Whip

Blend together tofu and lemon juice with mixer. Melt Jello with hot water. Add diluted Jello to blended tofu. Pour mixture into graham cracker crust. Let cool. Top with Cool Whip.
