ARABIAN CHOPS 
4 shoulder pork chops
2 sliced onions
2 sliced tomatoes
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water

Sear the chops on both sides in a hot skillet. Place in a large shallow casserole. Arrange a few slices of onion and tomatoes on each cop and sprinkle with chopped green pepper.

Put salt and water in the skillet and heat, making a brown gravy. Pour over chops. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 1/4 hours or until tender.
