BAKED BEANS | |
1 1/2 c. onion rings 2 jars B&M baked beans 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 6 slices bacon 1/2 c. ketchup Mix 1 cup onion with 2 jars beans. Pour 1/2 into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Combine brown sugar and mustard. Sprinkle 1/2 over beans and cover with the other 1/2 of beans and then top with the rest of the brown sugar and mustard. Top with ketchup. Cover with cut up bacon and 1/2 cup onions. Cover and bake in 325 degree oven approximately 3 hours. Uncover and brown approximately 1 hour. Note: Add 1 jar of water to keep beans moist. |
