STUFFED PASTA SHELLS 
12 jumbo shells, cooked and drained
1 1/2 c. ricotta cheese
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. parsley fakes
1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 c. your favorite spaghetti sauce

Combine ricotta cheese, 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, garlic and parsley. Fill each shell with approximately 2 tablespoons cheese mixture. Spread 1 cup spaghetti sauce on 10 inch baking pan. Place shells open side down on sauce. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and remaining Parmesan. Cover. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
