SWEET AND SOUR SPARERIBS 
1 c. sugar
1 c. catsup
3/4 c. soy sauce
1/3 c. oyster sauce
1 clove garlic, diced
Grated ginger

Mix and warm to dissolve sugar.

SPARERIBS:

Boil in salted water until tender (1 hour). Soak ribs in sauce at least an hour. When ready, you can either oven-broil or BBQ.
