SWEET SOUR RIBLETS 
1 side pork spareribs (about 2 lbs.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can tomato soup
3/4 c. California Sauterne
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 c. slivered green pepper
Toasted sesame seeds

Have ribs sawed through middle; cut into 1 rib pieces. Sprinkle with salt and place on flat baking pan. Bake in 350 degree oven about 1 hour to brown lightly and cook out fat.

Combine tomato sauce, wine, soy sauce, vinegar and brown sugar; heat to boiling. Add riblets and mix well, so sauce coats all the meat. Cover and simmer about 1 hour, until meat is tender. Add pepper and cook 5 minutes longer. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds to serve.
