2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
12 vanilla wafer cookies

Mix sugar, cheese, eggs, and vanilla together. Place vanilla wafer in bottom of cupcake liner, pour cream cheese mixture over cookie. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Varieties: Try different pie filling mixes.
