EASY CREAM CHEESE MUFFINS 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter
1 cup self-rising flour

Cream together cheese and butter until smooth. Add self-rising flour until well blended. Pour into greased muffin pans.

Bake at 400°F for 15 minutes.

Yield: 12 muffins.

Was too dry so I added 2 eggs... Was good. Was more like biscuits though than muffins.
