CHEESE POTATOES 
1-2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns (cheese patties by OreIda work best)
3 green onions, tops included
1 1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. melted butter

Melt butter and combine with soup. Add sour cream. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese, diced onions and seasonings. Place potatoes in mix. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with topping for an additional 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. cheese
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes or bread crumbs
