GOLDEN CHEESE POTATOES 
8 frozen shredded hash brown patties
1 stick butter
1 pt. half and half
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. grated cheddar cheese

Melt butter and cheeses. Add half and half. Pour mixture over broken and thawed potatoes. Let soak 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes in a 9"x13" pan.
