LEMON BARS 
1 pkg. angel food cake mix (white or lemon chiffon)
1 can lemon pie filling
1 c. coconut

Mix these three ingredients together. Bake in 9"x13" pan, frost with a cream cheese frosting, top with toasted coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. (Do not follow the cake directions on box.)
