LEMON BARS 
Graham crackers
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Juice of 2 lemons or 1/2 c.
1 c. flaked coconut
Pinch of salt

Place whole graham crackers in the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover completely with crackers. Stir together the milk, juice, coconut and salt. Spread over crackers. Place another layer of crackers on top. Frost with a mixture of 3/4 cup powdered sugar thinned with cold coffee. Sprinkle with ground nuts. Refrigerate overnight and cut into bars.
