LEMON ANGEL BARS 
1 pkg. dry 1-step angel food cake mix
1 can lemon or apricot pie filling
1/2 or 3/4 c. coconut
1 c. nuts

Mix all ingredients together by hand (do not use mixer). Coat a jelly roll pan with shortening spray. Add mixture and bake in 350 degree F. oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Cool and frost lightly with powdered sugar frosting.
