1 c. butter 2 c. (each) powdered sugar, flour Mix as you would for pie crust. Spread out in greased 9x13 pan and bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees until very pale tan; cool. 4 tsp. lemon juice Grated rind of lemon 4 well-beaten eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 c. flour 1 c. shredded coconut Mix together and pour over crust and bake for another 25 minutes. Cool thoroughly and cut into bars. |
