NACHO CHEESE SAUCE 
2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. hot sausage
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can hot jalapeno relish

Brown and drain ground beef, sausage, and onion. Melt cheese over low heat. Add soup and relish to cheese, then meat mixture. Serve over tortilla chips. Can be put in crock pot or frozen.
