CRUST:

1 pkg. butter cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter

FILLING:

1 box confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs

Mix cake mix, egg and butter. Press into greased and floured 13"x9" pan. Mix in mixer confectioners' sugar, cream cheese and 3 eggs. Pour over crust and bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool before cutting.
