1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
3 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
3 eggs

Melt butter and mix crust ingredients like pie crust and press into 9 x 13 greased pan.

Beat topping ingredients 4 minutes and pour over crust. Bake 30-35 minutes at 325 degrees.
