THINK OF SOMETHING MEXICAN
1 can each of cream of chicken, celery, cheddar and broccoli.
1 large tub of sour cream
3 pounds boneless chicken
1 large jar salsa
Family size bag Nacho Doritos
Large bag of shredded cheddar cheese
Badia Fajita seasoning

Mix all of the soups, salsa and sour cream together. Add a little of the fajita seasoning to taste.

Cook up the chicken with the fajita seasoning on it and then cut it into bite sized pieces Put a thin layer of the soup mix on the bottom of a large lasagna pan.

Crush up the Doritos and put a thin layer on top of the soup mix. Put the chicken on top of the Doritos layer. Put a thin layer of cheese on top of the chicken. Put a layer of crushed Doritos on top of that Put the rest of the soup mix on top of that then layer the top with cheese and lightly season the top with garlic powder and fajita seasoning.

Bake at 375°F for 45 minutes uncovered until you see the cheese is all melted/brown and the sides are bubbling. It's a very heavy dish and is not for people on ANY diet.

Erich, my lovely nephew, you didn't quite get this one right, but I'm gld you liked your Auntie's recipe enough to try to recreate it. Bravo! The correct recipe, a winner at the California State Fair, in 1994, is quite a bit different, but great comfort food in any event.
