MEXICAN BEAN DIP 
2 lg. cans refried beans
1 can jalapeno bean or nacho dip
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. sour cream
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. chopped tomato
3/4 c. chopped scallion
3/4 c. chopped red onion
1 c. chopped olives
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped jalapenos
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 lg. bag tortilla chips

In 8x10 inch casserole dish, layer beans and dip. Blend mayonnaise and sour cream and layer on top of beans. Sprinkle with taco seasoning, then sprinkle vegetables, topping with cheese. Refrigerate and serve with chips to dip.
