MEXICAN BEAN & CHEESE DIP 
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. taco mix
1 (10 oz.) can bean dip
4 green onions, chopped

Mix all together. Place in 2 (8" or 9") round dishes. Top with:

8 oz. colby cheese
8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be prepared night before. Good microwave dish. Microwave until warm and cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
