FRESH BROCCOLI TOSS 
1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 sm. onion, quartered
4 hard cooked eggs, quartered
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. green stuffed olives

Chop onions and olives. Add broccoli. Chop eggs finely or (stir in blender). Empty into bowl with broccoli. Toss. Garnish with remaining eggs and chill.
