CHICKEN AND NOODLES 
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped onion
5 lbs. hen
2 chicken bouillon cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
2 pkgs. flat egg noodles

Boil hen with the onion and celery until very tender. Remove from pot, leaving celery and onion in broth. Put in the bouillon cubes; bring to boil. Add noodles and cook until just tender. Drain off excess water. Take meat off the bones and add to the noodles; stir. Serves 50.
