CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. cut up boneless chicken breasts
1/2 bag egg noodles
2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Cook noodles according to package. Arrange in rectangular glass pan. Cut up chicken in bite-size pieces (uncooked).

Mix chicken, cheese, soup and mayonnaise into noodles. Pour milk evenly over entire casserole. Mix melted butter into cracker crumbs and sprinkle over casserole. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
