CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 lg. fryer
1 pkg. egg noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 can chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 stick butter, melted
Ritz cracker crumbs

Cook chicken until tender, debone. Cut into small pieces. Add noodles to broth and cook. Add soups, chicken, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 2 small or 1 large casserole dish. Put crumbs on top. Bake at 350 degrees until brown.
