CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 whole chicken
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
12 oz. egg noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 stick butter

Boil a chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Remove chicken and debone. Boil egg noodles in chicken broth. Mix can of cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup and sour cream; add chicken to this.

Put noodles in bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread chicken mix on top of that. Crumble Ritz crackers on chicken mix and cut up stick of butter on top of the crackers. Bake for 30 minutes on 350 degrees.
