CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
2 c. chicken or 1 whole chicken, chopped and cooked
1 c. cooked rice or noodles
1 tsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 boiled eggs
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 stack Ritz crackers
1 block butter

Mix all ingredients together except butter and crackers - melt butter - crumble crackers in butter and top the casserole with this - bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
