BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 c. rice, cooked
2 or 3 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz cracker crumbs
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 lg. jar Cheez Whiz
1 can cream of chicken soup

Cook broccoli until tender, then drain. Mix with all other ingredients. Pour into 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake in a 350 degree oven until the casserole bubbles.
