BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. frozen broccoli, par-boiled
1 c. chopped onion
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed and mixed with 1/2 stick melted butter
Sliced cheese

Use a 9 x 13 baking pan. Place sauteed onions in bottom. Arrange broccoli over onions. In large bowl mix the soups, water and rice. Pour over broccoli. Cover surface with sliced cheese. Sprinkle top with crackers. Bake uncovered 35 to 45 minutes in 325 degree oven.

Leftover ham or chicken can be added over the broccoli to be served as a maindish.
