CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. onion, diced
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 c. water
1 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. cooked rice
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 cans tomato soup
4 oz. can mushrooms
Shredded cabbage

Brown hamburger and onions. Combine 1/2 cup tomato soup with meat, rice, mushrooms and spices. Spread cabbage in bottom of casserole. Put meat mixture over cabbage. Top with more cabbage. Mix soup with water and pour over top. Top with sour cream. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
