RUNZA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1 (12 oz.) cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (12 oz.) Colby cheese, shredded
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 head cabbage, shredded
2 cans croissant rolls

1. Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper to taste.

2. Drain on paper sack, return to pan.

3. Add cabbage, cover, cook on low heat for 20 minutes. Stir a couple times.

4. Add soup, cheeses, set aside.

5. Put 1 croissant roll can in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Unroll croissants.

6. Put cabbage mixture on top.

7. Add a layer of croissants on top. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes or until brown.

Suggest cutting the cheese in half. As it is now, the cheese completely overwhelms the flavor of the beef and cabbage. Otherwise, an interesting variation on ground beef casseroles.
