SAVORY TOASTED FRENCH BREAD 
1/2 c. butter and 1/2 c. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne
1/4 tsp. whole savory
1/2 tsp. whole thyme

Melt and blend in saucepan. Cut bread lengthwise in half, butter both halves and broil until brown. Makes enough for two-three loaves.
