CHICKEN DELIGHT 
3 boneless chicken breasts
6 slices Swiss cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. Pepperidge Farm Bread stuffing mix
3 tsp. melted butter

1. Place chicken in greased casserole dish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Place slice of cheese on each piece of chicken.

3. Pour soup mixed with two-thirds can of water over all.

4. Toss stuffing with melted butter and sprinkle on top. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. (Cover when cooking for 45 minutes then remove cover for last 15 minutes.)
