3 c. diced chicken, cooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped green scallions
Salt and pepper to taste
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. diced mushrooms
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. white wine

Saute in butter, onions, chicken, parsley, mushrooms, salt and pepper until tender. Add sour cream, soup and mix. Add wine and serve over cooked rice.
