CREAMY CHICKEN DELIGHT 
4 to 6 chicken breasts (split, skinned and boned)
Grated Mozzarella or Swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. (1/2 c.) white wine
Stove Top One Step stuffing mix cornbread style
1/4 c. melted butter

Arrange chicken pieces in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Top each piece with cheese. Combine soup and wine; mix well and spoon soup mixture evenly over chicken. Layer chicken with dry stuffing and dot with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. 6 to 8 servings. Serve with mushroom (or wild) rice and vegetables. Delicious.
