SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 tbsp. butter
2 onions, chopped
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. canned tomatoes
1 c. water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. cooked shrimp
2 tbsp. chili powder

Sauté onions, celery in butter. Add flour and seasonings, slowly add water. Cook 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, peas, vinegar, sugar and shrimp. Continue cooking 10 minutes more or until shrimp is heated and peas are done. Serve over cooked rice.
