BEEF PAPRIKA 
In a large skillet brown together:

2 lb. beef round steak (cut in 1 inch cubes)
1 c. sliced onions
1 clove minced garlic

Stir in:

3/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
Salt to taste
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Dash of cayenne
1 1/2 c. water

Cover and simmer for about 2 1/2 hours. Thicken meat mixture with a flour and water mixture. Serve over hot cooked noodles.
