BEEF PAPRIKA 
Up to 1/4 c. Crisco
2 lbs. stew beef
1 c. thinly sliced onion
1 clove garlic, minced
3/4 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. water

Brown meat, onions, and garlic. Blend in other ingredients. Bring to a boil lower heat, cover and simmer stir occasionally. Cook 3 hours. If needed blend 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 cup flour and stir in to thicken. Serve over hot egg noodles.
