BEEF NOODLE PAPRIKA | |
1 1/2 lbs. boneless chuck, cut in med. sized pieces 2 tbsp. poly-unsaturated oil 1 clove garlic, minced 2 tsp. salt 2 c. water 1/2 lb. wide noodles 2 lg. onions, chopped 1 tbsp. paprika Pinch cayenne 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 c. commercial sour cream Brown meat in oil. Add onion and continue browning. Add garlic, paprika, salt, cayenne, tomato sauce, and water. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer about 1 1/2 hours until tender. Add noodles and cook until done, adding more water if necessary. Stir in sour cream just before serving. |
