BEEF PAPRIKA 
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sliced onion
3/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. paprika
Dash cayenne pepper
3 c. hot cooked noodles or rice
2 lbs. round steak (cut in strips)
1 sm. garlic clove
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 c. water

Melt shortening in skillet. Add meat, onion and garlic. Cook and stir until meat is brown and onion tender. Stir in catsup, Worcestershire, sugar, salt, paprika, mustard, cayenne and 1 1/2 c. water. Cover and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Serve over noodles.
