PASTA A LA PASSION 
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 lb. of skinned and boned chicken
1 1/2 c. broccoli flowerets
3/4 c. oil packed sun dried tomatoes, drained and sliced
1 tsp. basil
Pinch of red pepper
1/4 c. white wine
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter
1/2 lb. bow tie pasta

Saute' garlic, olive oil, chicken. Add broccoli, tomatoes, basil, pepper, add wine, broth, butter. Cover and let cook for 5 minutes. Cook pasta and drain. Mix together and serve.
