PASTA WITH SAUSAGE AND PEAS 
1/2 lb. pasta shells, cooked
3 tbsp. olive oil
6 oz. sausage (cut up in sm. pieces)
1 onion, chopped
4 oz. white wine
1 c. sweet peas (fresh or frozen)
4 oz. chicken stock
6 tbsp. grated cheese
4 plum tomatoes (diced)
1/4 c. shredded basil

Saute sausage in olive oil for 3 minutes. Add onion and cook until golden. Add wine and let evaporate. Add chicken stock and peas. Cook 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and basil. Add cooked pasta and sprinkle with cheese.
