HAM AND EGG AUGRATIN 
6 eggs, boiled & peeled
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. ham (diced), cooked

In saucepan melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook 1 minute while stirring. Add milk slowly; stir until thick. Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Add grated cheese, cook until melted. Add diced ham. Cut boiled and peeled eggs into 1/2's, put into sauce. Cook until heated. Serve over toasted bread.
