SWISS APPLE PIE 
1 egg, beaten for 3 minutes
3/4 c. sugar, add gradually
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Bake in an 8 inch pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
